Mentus Health was founded to expand access to high-quality, compassionate mental health care across the lifespan. Our interdisciplinary team provides integrated psychiatric and therapeutic services in one setting, allowing for coordinated, individualized, and evidence-based care.
Operating within a Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) framework, we deliver structured behavioral health interventions, medication management, and coordinated support alongside referring providers to improve patient outcomes and continuity of care. Located in Fort Myers, we serve the greater Southwest Florida, community offering virtual and in-person care.

Wow yum... to be COMPLETLEY HONEST, In 37 years.. I have honestly never felt so truly like genuinely cared about, abs not just but Dr.J.Eastman but by Heather&Brittany (abs all staff) .. I refer ALL MY FAULT ACE GRIEVE W needs for this type to Mentus ace, I get so much praise by them for it, even. So as much as I wavy to think im the "Favorite" 🤣 I know EVERYONE IS CATS FOR ABS LIVES EQUALLY- &ALL Jokes Aside- That makes my heart show. The staff at Mentus health was incredible. Jaclyn was receptive to my needs and worked with me to find a treatment plan that I felt comfortable with. She listened to all of my concerns and was diligent about keeping me updated with progress she made when looking into my issues. No one answers the phone. For a week my wife and I have been calling every day and no answer. Transferred by an automated system and the told to leave a message. Ive left a message, my wife has left a message and nothing no response. Is this place even a real company? If they are I'm surprised their still in business with the lack of people to answer the phone. If they really cared you'd have a real person answer the phone when it rings.

After much difficulty trying to find a new physciatrist, after my old one retired, I found Mentus. Had my first appointment today with Melissa Werthmann. Very polite and professional, didn't rush my appointment and didn't give me a cookie cutter treatment plan. Really listened and even consulted with the other physciatrist there to help come up with the best medicine plan for me. The lady in the office was nice, I can't say enough good. Thanks

I had my initial visit at Mentus Health with Jacqueline, one of the NPs. The appointment was timely, efficient and not rushed. The NP was skilled, kind and helped me understand various treatment options with excellent detail. I left the appointment feeling well cared for and understood. I would recommend this practice and this NP based on ease of scheduling my appointment and the outcome of my initial appointment.

I've been needing to see psychiatrist for quite some time now, but I was never comfortable going because I knew they would put me on meds that I probably wouldn't want to be on. I work directly with Dr. B, and let me tell you what... he is the definition of caring and compassionate and he truly listens and I mean LISTENS to you, your experiences, and troubles (and remembers them). He takes the time to truly understand where im at at the moment with my conditions and how they impact me day to day and works with me to come up with treatment plans. He answers all my questions and explains everything to me so that I understand what we are doing and why, and how it will help me. I've only seen him 3 times so far but we've already made a ton of progress and I can't wait to see where I end up under his care. Also, Breanna, the receptionist, is so sweet and she does a great job and is always on top of things!!! Thank you, Dr. B! (And Breanna)

Thank you so much Dr Rice, I appreciate the fast response that you and your office members provide for my needs. Melissa is very good at her job and also cares on a professional level about your mental health. It took me a long time to open up in therapy with other therapists, but on my first session with Melissa I felt really comfortable and was able to speak freely with her. Brianna is absolutely heart warming and gets back to you with the help that's requested, she cares about my well-being as much as Melissa does.. I love them both very much in a professional way and will stay here with them at Mentus as long as my therapy is needed. Thank you Melissa and Brianna for all your help
