Integrative psychotherapy

We provide evidence and empirically based therapy techniques that are unique to each client’s specific challenges. We utilize proven treatment methods in order to help clients reach a high level of functioning and a fuller life.

Medication management

Mentus Health providers will appropriately prescribe and manage medications, working in partnership with each client to identify the most effective treatment for you. Medications are an effective and often necessary part of treating the symptoms of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, etc.
